We do not personally perform inspections, apply termiticides, install bait systems, or draft Wood Destroying Insect Reports (WDIR). All pest control services, evaluations, and chemical treatments are performed solely by independent third-party contractors.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
All pest management contractors, inspectors, and exterminators accessible through this platform are independent business operators. Pest Control Pros does not employ, supervise, or control these contractors.
- Pest Control Pros does not warrant, guarantee, or endorse any specific chemical product, treatment methodology, or outcome.
- Any termite warranty, retreatment agreement, damage repair guarantee, or annual renewal bond is strictly between you (the homeowner) and the independent service provider performing the application.
- We encourage homeowners to independently verify current contractor licensing status with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture and request copies of certificates of insurance.
3. Quotes, Pricing, and Estimates
Any pricing ranges, typical costs, or estimates referenced on our website or over introductory phone calls are intended solely as general informational benchmarks. Definitive pricing can only be established after a qualified technician conducts an on-site physical inspection of your Brentwood property, foundation perimeter, and crawl space conditions.
